Touched by a Paw is a non-profit, no-kill cat shelter run entirely by volunteers. We are located in Whitewater, WI. We consider ourselves a no-frills operation, we don't waste any money on fancy stuff so we can put everything towards giving the cats in our care the best care possible. We are a rescue only, meaning our cats are abandoned, neglected, or abused, but we have rehabilitated them into wonderful, loving pets. We are blessed to have many volunteers who treat our cats like their own pets.
In the future, this blog will be used to post pictures and stories of our wonderful cats.
